2. Scope

This policy governs returns of products purchased on www.intoyou.eu by consumers. It does not limit the rights you have under consumer protection law.

3. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. If your order arrives in several shipments, the period starts when you receive the last one.

4. Hygiene and health protection exception

All our products are delivered sealed. For reasons of hygiene and health protection, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products whose seal has been removed after delivery (Article 103(e) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).

This exception does not affect your rights if the product is defective or does not match what you ordered.

5. Condition of the returned product

The product must be returned with its seal intact. We recommend using the original packaging so that it arrives in good condition.

If the product shows damage caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics, we may deduct the corresponding loss of value from the refund.

6. How to withdraw

You can notify us of your decision in any of these ways:
· Using the withdrawal function available on our website
· By email to info@intoyou.eu, stating your order number
· Using the withdrawal form at the end of this policy (its use is not mandatory)

You must then send the product to the address we give you within 14 calendar days of notifying us of your decision.

7. Return costs

The cost of shipping the return is borne by you, unless the product is defective or we sent you the wrong item. In that case, the return is completely free of charge.

8. Refund

We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs of the order, within 14 calendar days of the day you notify us of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you have supplied proof of having sent it back, whichever is earlier.

We will not refund the additional cost of a delivery method other than standard delivery if you chose it. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, at no cost to you.

9. Defective products or shipping errors

All our products come with a 3 year legal guarantee from delivery. If you receive a defective product or a different item from the one you ordered, email us at info@intoyou.eu with your order number and, if possible, a photo. We will repair or replace it free of charge. If that is not possible, we will offer you a price reduction or a refund.
