1. Destinations

We ship to the entire European Union, the United States and other countries. You can check the available destinations during checkout.

2. Order processing

Orders are prepared within a maximum of 48 business hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays start being prepared on the next business day.

3. Estimated delivery times

Spain and Portugal: 24 to 48 hours.
Rest of the European Union: 3 to 7 business days.
International shipments: 7 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.

Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as weather, customs or peak seasons.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the weight of the parcel, and are shown before you confirm your order. Shipping is free on orders over €40 to the European Union.

5. Tracking

When we ship your order you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to check the status of your parcel.

6. Customs and taxes

For shipments outside the European Union, any duties, taxes or charges applied in the destination country are paid by the customer.

7. Shipping issues

If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, email us as soon as possible at info@intoyou.eu and we will sort it out. Until your order is delivered to you, we bear the risk of loss or damage in transit.

8. Incorrect delivery details

We are not responsible for shipments that cannot be delivered because the address or details provided by the customer are incorrect.
