Kyra combines vibration, a pressure sensor and exercises guided by ActiveJoy® to help you understand and work your pelvic floor muscles interactively. It is not a medical device and does not replace assessment or treatment by a healthcare professional.

The internal sensor detects the strength of each muscle contraction in real time and automatically adjusts the vibration intensity according to what your body is doing. The more you work, the more it responds. The system provides visual information about each contraction and makes the session more interactive.

How it works with ActiveJoy®

Download the free app, pair Kyra via Bluetooth and open Training Mode. The screen guides you through 3-second contraction and relaxation intervals, displaying a pressure bar and elapsed time in real time. You can also train freely at your own pace while the sensor records each movement.

Outside Training Mode, Kyra works like any device in the INTOYOU® App Series: 10 vibration modes, music synchronisation, Touch Control, remote control from anywhere in the world with no distance limit, and Video Mode so that vibrations respond in real time to the content you are watching.

ActiveJoy® does not require registration, profiles or an email address to use its main features. Compatible with iOS and Android.
