2. Scope

These terms and conditions govern purchases of products on www.intoyou.eu by consumers. By placing an order you accept these terms.

3. Products

INTOYOU sells intimate wellness and personal use products intended exclusively for people aged 18 and over. The products have no medical or therapeutic purpose and must be used in accordance with the instructions included. Images are for guidance only.

4. Purchase process

The purchase process consists of selecting the product, reviewing the cart, entering your details and delivery address, choosing a payment method and confirming the order. The contract of sale is concluded when you receive the order confirmation by email.

5. Prices and taxes

All prices include the VAT applicable at the time of purchase and are final prices. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

6. Payment methods

We accept the payment methods available on the website at the time of purchase. The full order amount is charged when the order is confirmed.

7. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination. The risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Until then, we bear it. See the details in our shipping policy.

8. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. For reasons of hygiene and health protection, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products whose seal has been removed after delivery (Article 103(e) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). 9. Returns

Products must be returned with their seal intact. The cost of shipping the return is borne by you, unless the product is defective or we sent you the wrong item. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the purchase. All conditions are set out in our returns policy.

10. Legal guarantee

All products come with a 3 year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery. Damage caused by misuse, failure to follow the instructions or normal wear and tear is not considered a lack of conformity.

11. Liability

We are not liable for damage resulting from incorrect use of the product, failure to follow the instructions or use by minors.

12. Data protection

We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our privacy policy.

13. Intellectual property

All content on the website is owned by Accessories UnLimited S.L. or authorised third parties. Reproduction in whole or in part without express authorisation is prohibited.

14. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. This choice does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of habitual residence.

15. Complaints and dispute resolution

If you have any issue, email us at info@intoyou.eu and we will deal with it as soon as possible. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the consumer authorities in your place of residence or accredited consumer alternative dispute resolution bodies.
